Design services

 

We offer a full range  of supporting services which can assist you in realising the  full potential of your evening.  We have our own team of talented and experienced designers to provide you with help at all stages of the planning. We can conduct site surveys to assess the best use of your venue and can supply simple scale layouts or create intricate 3D models helping everyone  visualise the elements and ensure a smooth event.  We are very happy to provide you as little or as much help as you need or desire.

Duty technician.

 

All systems will be installed and checked when we deliver however if you would like to book a friendly duty technician who can remain on standby to deal with any technical issues and give you peace of mind leaving you free to party with family and friends then we would recommend selecting this.   Our technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and know how to blend discreetly into the background.  They will attend smartly dressed in a black suit and shirt unless you specify otherwise.

Delivery and Set up

 

All products will be delivered and installed by our team of event professionals.  A price for this will be calculated once we have had a chat to determine your requirements and  when and where the items are needed.   During this call we will determine details such as availability of power, access restrictions and see if we can be of assistance in any other way.
